We manufacture grinding tools for our own and other manufacturers' mills – precise, durable, and tailored to your specific application. Our product range includes standard and custom tools for almost all mill types:

Through optimal material selection, special hardening processes, and wear-optimized designs, we achieve a significantly increased service life. Stainless steel components can also be provided with a wear-resistant surface hardening. For cryogenic grinding applications, we use cold-tough materials that can also be hardened.

Fluted Mill Pins

Our fluted mill pins are a patented development by GOTIC and can be used in existing pin mills as a replacement for conventional round pins. The special longitudinal grooves increase the contact area, enhance turbulence, and combine impact grinding with a splitting effect. The result: finer ground material, higher efficiency, and more efficient use of energy.

Advantages of fluted mill pins:

  • Finer end product due to increased impact and splitting action
  • Larger contact area → more intense particle acceleration
  • Improved turbulence → autogenous particle-to-particle comminution
  • Ideal for tough-elastic products and cold grinding with liquid nitrogen

Typical applications:

Fine spice powders, elastomers, plastics, heat-retaining products (Also available in a smooth finish – depending on requirements and desired fineness.)

Hardened Tooth Lamellas

Our hardened tooth lamellas were developed as a solution for the high loads of large grinding rings and segments. Each tooth lamella has a razor-sharp, hardened edge. Thanks to the special stacked design, the lamellae are clamped without stress – resulting in a break-resistant, highly wear-resistant unit with a long service life.

Advantages:

  • Significantly longer service life compared to conventional toothed discs
  • Consistently high sharpness and efficiency throughout the entire service life
  • Replaceable lamellas – reusable spacer lamellae
  • Manufactured from hardened tool steel or wear-resistant hard material
